Reception and transfer to the chosen hotel.
At the appropriate time, I pick you up from the hotel to take the City Tour. 14:00hrs You will start your visit to the White City of Arequipa, visiting the Main Square, which has a beautiful bronze fountain with three plates crowned with the figure of a sixteenth century soldier. Here, you will appreciate the Cathedral and the Cloisters of the Company of Jesus. Next, you will visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina, this was a center of absolute enclosure which remained closed for centuries to the public, today, harmoniously restored and open, allows you to appreciate what was the city of Arequipa in the seventeenth century. You will see its streets, gardens, cloisters, rustic stone washhouses, walls of sillar and its art gallery, then you will move to the beautiful and green countryside of Carmen Alto and the Mirador de Yanahuara where you will have a privileged view of the city and the volcanoes like the Misti, Pichu Pichu and Chachani.
Pick up from the hotel and departure from Arequipa via Yura, passing by the slopes of Chachani, Pampa de Arrieros, Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve where you will appreciate the slender vicuña, continue through Vizcachani, Pampas de Toccra, where you can observe a variety of birds, then border the Chucura crater to reach Patapampa (4,910 meters above sea level) and Mirador de los Andes where you can observe the volcanoes that surround the city of Arequipa. Descend to the town of Chivay for lunch (on the passenger’s account). Accommodation in the hotel. In the afternoon visit to the thermal baths La Calera (on behalf of the passenger).

Early in the morning, you will go to the Cruz del Condor (41 km from Chivay) where you can observe one of the most spectacular passages of the Canyon, and almost always you can see the condors in their masterful flights, additionally you will visit the Tapay Mirador where you can observe the depth of the canyon, as well as the town of the same name. You will return visiting the towns of Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, Yanque and the Miradors of Antahuilque and Choquetico. At noon you will arrive to Chivay for lunch (on behalf of the passenger) and will return by the same route Patapampa, plain near the 4,910masl, where you will find “El Mirador de los Andes”, from here you can observe the Chila Mountain Range with the Mismi, At a short distance the Chucura and Huarancote, in the distance the Ubinas, Misti, Chachani, Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca, will continue the tour, cutting the crater of Chucura and following by the Pampa de Toccra will find bofedales almost always with a variety of Andean birds. After approximately 4 hours of trip (151 km) you will arrive at the city of Arequipa.
