Booking Conditions of AlemaPE-Tours S.A.C.
Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trip with us. We strongly recommend that you also read the Trip Notes relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary and style of the trip you are undertaking.
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from 01 January, 2019 until 31 December 2019. Beyond 31 December, 2019 dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only.
2. Deposit requirement
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50 % for your booking to be confirmed (please note that special deposit requirements apply for some trips). If your booking is made within 30 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
3. Acceptance of booking and final payments
- Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by us in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments. Payment of the balance of the trip price at our office or per Online-banking before the departure date.
- In order to process tour booking, you will need to provide tour information to AlemaPE-Tours S.A.C. within 30 days for group or tour charter and at least 3 days for individuals travelers.
- All inquiries shall be acknowledged within 24 working hours. Final confirmation of bookings is subject to confirmation of having received payment. AlemaPE-Tours S.A.C. reserves the right to release places should payment is not received.
4. Booking Procedures
- We only take a small deposit now (without any credit card fees) to confirm the booking and the remaining balance will be processed 5 days before the tour date.
- We have a secure payment page with payment options of either Credit Card, AZIMO, Western Union, or Bank to Bank transfer. All payment is in EUR or USD (EURO or US-Dollar).
- Please note that you`ll pay (approx.2% to 4%) surcharge on credit card payments on the remaining balance but you can avoid that if you prefer to pay cash.
- As you book with us we’ll send you an “Order Pending” email to inform we have received this. We then book your tour as fast as possible and send you a second “Booking Confirmed” e-mail with all the relevant details. You can keep the soft or hard copy of this voucher to present it to the reservation.
- Your credit card is stored in our secure booking management system and will automatically be deleted 30 days after your tour. We do not have access to your credit card details.
- In times of any natural disaster or any event which doesn`t allow us to proceed with your booking, we will refund 100% of your payment.
5. Cancellations / Prepayments
- If cancelled 5 days before the tour date – full amount refund given
- If cancelled between 3-5 days before the tour date – 100% deposit only taken
- If cancelled within 3 days of tour date or any no show – No refund given
- We highly recommend you have travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation costs.
