At the end of February, a new observation tower was inaugurated on the Nasca lines in the Ica region. The new, modern lookout tower allows visitors to look down from a height of 20 metres at the famous scratch lines in the desert sand. The viewing platform does not replace the round flight over the Nasca Lines, but offers a good overview of three of the mysterious scratch pictures.
