Your tasks
- Acceptance and system-supported processing of incoming customer calls.
- Competent telephone advice for our travel customers.
- Handling all administrative tasks before, during and after the journey.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Good oral communication skills in German, English, Spanish.
- Distinctive service and advice.
- Flexibility in shift and weekend work.
- Friendly, dedicated demeanor on the phone.
- Safe handling of the PC.
- You work independently, carefully and conscientiously – we can rely on you!
Also newcomers with desire for tourism and travel are welcome.
